The only thing that i like at this hotel, was the location.

The room wasn't clean and smell badly. the bathroom overflowed twice and there were so many furniture in the room. The pictures in the website were completely different from what the room really was. totally not recommended.

The location near the seashore and the airport was ok. But thank God, what was I happy that we only stayed for 6hours to sleep, 'cause of our early flight.

Dirty Dirty Dirty. The bathroom was horrible, the bed was just... yek. We don't have really high standards, we travel a lot, all around the world. Never had such a dirty appartment before. don't go!

    Very good

I requested a room on the top floor and my request was honored. The sea view from my balcony was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and polite, spoke good English. The hotel is located right on the beach, with many stores and restaurants around it. There were a fridge and a kitchenette in my room.

There is an ongoing renovation on the first floor which was sometimes quite noisy at daytime, with plenty of construction waste on the staircase - a minor discomfort for the moment but of benefit to the guests for the future. The building itself is rather dated, even though well-maintained. It's a budget accomodation - albeit overpriced, fairly reasonable for an expensive city like Tel Aviv, so do not expect any luxury there. The shower cabin was way too small.

    Very good

The location was great and the kitchen was full of pots, pans, cups, and utensils.

The shower was too small and they didn't give you any soap except antibacterial. Our balcony had all the air conditioning so it was like a sauna!! and during the summer when its already hot outside its not very pleasant!! They only gave each person one towel and didn't give us an option to get more. I think next time, I'd rather stay in a hostel.

    Superb

We liked that the place was clean and the staff was friendly. They helped us check out prices for tours around Israel and they were willing to help us find better deals than the ones they were connected with. They gentlemen in the lobby were very nice and useful. Even with a language barrier they were resourceful.

It would have been convenient to have a washing machine in the facility but there was one down the street. The bathrooms were a bit small and the walls to the hallway were a bit thin, but overall the complaints we had were trivial.

    Fabulous

The location couldn't have better.....directly across from the beach. The staff was very helpful....storing our luggage for 8 hours and securing a taxi on the Sabbath for a fixed price. The bathroom was not great....shower was moldy, the soap dish fell off the wall and there was no soap or glasses. The balcony had brand new chairs and the room itself was pretty decent. There must have been 600 channels on their TV but not much in English. For the price I was expecting less and in reality it was better than we expected.

No elevator. We had tons of luggage as we were gone 25 days and we are pushing 70 years of age. We were on the 3rd floor but an employee helped us up but we were on our on going down.

We enjoyed the beach, and on Friday we walked to the nearby Nachalat Benyamin craft market, which is very nice. We also walked and met friends at a nearby restaurant, Magenda, which was very nice. Overall, a good location.

Too dirty for us - we wore shoes at all times in the room because the floors were filthy. Cobwebs on the walls, ashes and dirty ash tray on the patio, and the bedding was old. At least one of the pillows was disgusting. We also kept running out of hot water in the shower and the bathroom floor was filthy.

    Exceptional

The staff could not do enough for us. The studio was clean and they cleaned it on request. The location was fantastic.

    The studio was slightly cramped.

The location is excellent, and the view from the room quite nice

While the website stated that all rooms are totally rennovated, none of the bathrooms are. They were disgusting. We paid for a suite, and received a room with a mouldy wall. After complaining we were moved to a suite the second night, promised a partial refund which we did not receive, and moved to a second room, nicer, except for the bathroom.

Very bad experience. Too dirty. The most dirty room that I have see since now. I was walking in the room only with shoes because of the dirty. It was smelling.. Don't go.
